We want you to love your AquaBLADE. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@aqua-blade.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as packages sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping

If the return is our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aqua-blade.store with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so changes are only guaranteed before the order has been dispatched.

Non-returnable items

Used items, items returned without original packaging, and gift cards cannot be refunded.
